2 group winners and the 2 second-place teams with the best records will advance to the Semi Finals.

PLEASE NOTE: For this competition, tie breakers are as follows (CSSA State Cup rules):

1. Goal difference
2. Winner of head-to-head games
3. Team with least goals conceded
4. Team with most goals scored
5. Coin toss

Semi Finals will be Group 1 winner v Group 2 runner-up and Group 2 winner v Group 1 runner-up.
