The first edition of the Official SASL Rules was printed and distributed in the Fall.
Standings were compiled after the Fall season for the first time, but they were never officially distributed.
Founding club Clinton SC became Clinton Thistle in honour of their founder and founder of the League, Scotsman Alfie Campbell. The thistle is the national "flower" of Scotland.
Guilford reorganised and returned to the League.
A team from West Haven, originally calling themselves New Haven, joined the League. West Haven had some players who had attended the Milford Tuesday Night Soccer Club and that is how they had heard about the League.
