At the end of the season the 1st-place team in this division
will play the 1st-place team from Second Division East for the Second Division Championship.
Both teams will be automatically promoted to the First Division next season.
At the end of the season the 2nd-place team in this division will play the 2nd-place team from Second Division
East.
The winner will be the third team to be promoted to the First Division next season.
