2 group winners and the 2 second-place teams with the best records will advance to the Semi Finals.

PLEASE NOTE: For this competition, tie breakers are as follows (CSSA State Cup rules):

1. Goal difference
2. Winner of head-to-head games
3. Team with least goals scored
4. Team with most goals scored
5. Coin toss

Semi Finals will be Group A winner v Group B runner-up and Group B winner v Group A runner-up.
